The Total Solar Eclipse of 2027

The following services are included in the tour price per person:

• Accommodation in a half-double cabin on the lower deck with shower and toilet
• Full board (including water, tea, Nescafé, filter coffee at breakfast, Fanta, Sprite, Coke, and Coke Zero)
  • Full board begins on the day of arrival with dinner and ends on the day of departure with breakfast
• Check-in on the day of arrival at 4:00 p.m.
  • Check-in on the boat begins at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. Departure from the harbor takes place the following day, once the harbor master has cleared the boat
• Check-out on the day of departure at 9:00 a.m. (cabin), 12:00 p.m. (boat)
  • The boat returns to the harbor in the afternoon before departure. On the day of departure, check-out begins at 9:00 a.m. (cabin) and 12:00 p.m. (boat)
• Diving: up to four dives per day; two dives on the last day; one 12-liter aluminum tank, weights, and a guide
• 32% Nitrox included free of charge
  • If the nitrox system is unavailable for technical reasons, there is no entitlement to a refund
• ENOS provided free of charge
  • If the ENOS system is unavailable for technical reasons, there is no entitlement to a refund

The following services per person are not included in the tour price:

• Cabin surcharge per person, Soul:
  • Lower Deck / Main Deck Suite Cabin: 80 EUR
  • Main Deck Suites: 100 EUR
  • Upper Deck Master Suite: 200 EUR
    • The suites can only be booked by two people traveling together
  • Single Cabin No. 7, Main Deck: 370 EUR
  • Double cabin for single occupancy: 40% surcharge on the safari price

• Cabin surcharge per person, Spirit:
  • Suite (Lower Deck / Main Deck / Upper Deck) Cabin: 80 EUR
  • Master Suite, Upper Deck: 200 EUR
    • The suites can only be booked by two people together
  • Single Cabin No. 8, Main Deck: 370 EUR
  • Double Cabin for Single Occupancy: 40% of the safari price

• Visa: 35 EUR (including airport and baggage service), payable on site
  • (If the Egyptian government increases visa fees, the visa price will be adjusted)
• Additional fees package, payable on site: 350 EUR (see important information under “Further Information”)
  • Included are: Diving permit / local fees / port fees / surcharges / fuel surcharge.
  • Transfer from the nearest airport to the boat and back to the nearest airport
  • Wi-Fi (subject to internet coverage)
  • In the event of government-mandated price increases (fuel, taxes, fees), we reserve the right to adjust prices accordingly.

  • HRG-PG and PG-HRG: 35 EUR per leg (payable on site)
• 15-liter steel bottles must be pre-ordered and incur a weekly surcharge of 45 EUR
• Bonex Scooter: 400 EUR per week (must be pre-ordered)

• Tips for crew and guides (120 EUR per week is recommended)

We would like to inform you that in the event of a cancellation of the liveaboard trip shortly before the trip begins (1 week in advance), the incidental expenses that are payable on site will also be charged (excluding transfers). All permits are applied for at least one week before the start of the safari and are paid for by us in advance in Egypt.

The boat operator, Moni, has a small dog named “Hatschi.” He occasionally comes along on the safari and stays only in the outdoor areas. If you have a dog allergy or simply don’t like dogs, we fully understand. Just let us know before booking the safari.
