Bathala Tila - Ari Atoll

A top-notch tila right on our doorstep. This small reef rises to about 8 meters and is covered with soft and hard corals. The absolute highlight is the large schools of fish such as blue-striped snappers, surgeonfish, and fusiliers.

For macro enthusiasts, the Tila also has plenty to offer, such as various species of nudibranchs, crustaceans, and the like.
On the sandy bottom, we often find whitetip sharks, and under the overhangs, you might even come across a nurse shark.
