Small Reef

The maximum depth at the base of this reef is approximately 30 meters. Barracudas are often spotted on the light-colored sandy bottom and in the seagrass beds.
This small reef is undoubtedly one of Mallorca’s top dive sites. After a free fall through crystal-clear water to a depth of about 27 meters, you’ll find yourself right in front of the entrance to a tunnel whose opening is about the size of a garage door. Good buoyancy control is essential, as the tunnel tapers at the end of its L-shaped course to a depth of 22 meters.
However, a diver can still surface comfortably. The tunnel itself is home to soldierfish, blennies, spiny lobsters, spider crabs, scorpionfish, and what is likely the largest conger eel in Mallorca. The reefs feature the typical Mediterranean flora and fauna and are a must-see for underwater photography and video enthusiasts.
