The tour price includes the following services per person:

• Accommodation in a half-standard double cabin with shower and toilet
• Meals: Full board, coffee (Nescafé), water from the water dispenser, tea, and snacks
• Check-in at 12:00 p.m. on the day of arrival
• Check-out at 7:00 a.m. on the day of departure
• Diving: three dives per day, 12-liter tank, weights, guide
• Transfer 
  • from/to Labuan Bajo Airport or a hotel in Labuan Bajo
• Shore excursion, e.g., to see the Komodo dragons
• Yoga
• Snorkeling and fishing
• Dinghy

The following services per person are not included in the tour price:

• Visa, currently approx. 35 USD (unfortunately, this must be arranged by the customer)
• Single cabin surcharge upon consultation with us (the surcharge is at least 75% and depends on availability and season)
• National park fee/harbor fee: approx. 36 USD per day
• Nitrox: 15 USD per day
  • If the nitrox system is unavailable for technical reasons, there is no entitlement to a refund
• Nitrox, including a 15-liter tank: 30 USD per day
• 15-liter tanks must be pre-ordered and cost 16 USD per day
• Extra transfer: 15 USD
• Rental equipment (please reserve in advance)
• Courses available upon request 
• Alcohol, non-alcoholic beverages, and Lavazza coffee
• Mandatory service charge/tips for crew and guides
  • 15 USD per night / 7 nights: 105 USD, 10 nights: 150 USD, 11 nights: 165 USD, and 14 nights: 210 USD
• Flight to an international airport in Indonesia
• Domestic flight, as the trips start and end in Labuan Bajo
• Payment on board can only be made in cash in U.S. dollars (all prices on board are in U.S. dollars)
• All services and payments on board are subject to a 10% service charge, including taxes

Cabins:

The Duyung Baru can accommodate up to eight guests in four comfortable double cabins furnished with teak. On the lower deck, there are two double cabins (which can be configured as twin beds with a partition) and one cabin with two single beds. On the main deck, there is a cabin with an ocean view and twin beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed. Each of the tastefully furnished cabins features individually controlled air conditioning, high-quality mattresses, and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. Separate bath and hand towels are provided for each guest. Several portholes in the cabins provide ample natural light and, when open, a fresh sea breeze. There is also plenty of storage space for guests’ luggage. 

Meals:

Meals on board are lovingly and freshly prepared by Yani and are typically served as a buffet. She treats guests to authentic Indonesian, Japanese, and Western cuisine. If you have special dietary needs, such as vegetarian preferences or allergies, please let us know before your arrival so the crew can prepare accordingly and pamper you to the fullest.

Salon:

The EcoPro Duyung Baru features an inviting main deck with a spacious, air-conditioned salon equipped with a TV and a CD/DVD entertainment center, where you can listen to music or watch your favorite movie, as well as a bar—ideal for relaxing. You can enjoy your meals either indoors or outdoors. There are also convenient charging stations available for all your devices. There’s even a small library on board where you can borrow books, as well as a photo station to view the amazing underwater photos you’ve taken. 

Sun Deck:

Guests have access to a large sun deck with comfortable sun loungers, and on the main deck, there are various shaded areas with cozy deck chairs.

Diving:

The dive deck offers plenty of space to set up and store your gear. Diving takes place in small groups.

Diving around Komodo involves strong currents and can be challenging at times—an AOWD certification, a minimum of 75 dives, and a certain level of diving experience are required and expected.

Insurance:
We require all divers to have valid insurance covering diving accidents. Proof of coverage must be presented to the dive guides at check-in. We assume no liability and will not cover costs such as hyperbaric chamber treatment or transportation expenses.

Important Information!!!

Due to a change in DAN Europe’s insurance terms, we are required to request a medical clearance certificate for all divers aged 75 or older. The medical clearance certificate must confirm your fitness for diving as well as your general state of health. This certificate must be sent directly to Eco Pro Divers for DAN’s approval of diving activities so that we can clarify the insurance criteria for our customers in advance. Please don’t forget to specify the boat and the trip date! No diving activities can take place until the criteria for the respective customer have been clarified and approved by DAN. Please send the medical clearance form to info@ecoprodivers.com so that we can request authorization from DAN for participation in diving activities prior to your arrival.
