Omneia Spirit in profile

The Omneia Spirit brings a breath of fresh air with its unique design. Unlike traditional safari boats, the Omneia Spirit’s kitchen and restaurant are located on the lower deck. Most of the cabins are situated on the bright main deck and offer a beautiful view of the sea. You can also enjoy stunning views while dining. One of the two spacious sun decks is equipped with a large dining area, so guests can dine under the starry sky every evening. The 42-meter-long Omneia Spirit is high-quality, modern, and furnished with great attention to detail—a true feel-good ship. The well-designed dive deck offers everything divers could wish for: nitrox, trimix, and plenty of space for photographers. In addition, an onboard massage therapist is available to guests upon advance request. There’s plenty of space on the Omneia Spirit for every kind of relaxation. Everything is optional—nothing is required. We’re sure you’ll be thrilled!
For more information, visit http://www.omneia-spirit.de

We would like to inform you that in the event of a cancellation of the liveaboard shortly before the trip begins (1 week in advance), the additional costs payable on site will also be charged (excluding transfers). All permits are applied for at least one week before the start of the safari and are paid for in advance by us in Egypt.

The boat operator, Moni, has a dog named “Hatschi.” He occasionally comes along on the safari and stays only in the outdoor areas. If you have a dog allergy or simply don’t like dogs, we fully understand. Just let us know before booking the safari.

Cabins:
The Omneia Spirit offers thirteen cabins spread across three decks. All cabins are equipped with air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a private bathroom with a rain shower.

Cabin Overview:
Lower Deck: 2 cabins with twin beds and one large suite with a double bed
Main Deck: 6 cabins with twin beds and one large single cabin with a 1.30 m wide bed
Upper Deck: 2 cabins with twin beds and a very large master suite with a 180-degree panoramic view

On the lower deck, no one has to sleep next to the engine room. The galley and salon provide an excellent buffer here. The two double cabins with twin beds and one large suite with a double bed are located in the forward section of the ship. Most of the cabins are on the bright main deck and offer ocean views. The dive deck and the salon are just a few steps away. The main deck features six double cabins with twin beds and one large single cabin with a 1.30 m wide bed.

The upper deck features two double cabins with twin beds and a very large master suite with a 180-degree panoramic view.

Salon:
The Omneia Spirit has two salon areas: a smaller one on the main deck and a very large, comfortably furnished salon on the upper deck.

A Senseo coffee pod machine is available for your use. If you’d like to use it, please bring your own Senseo coffee pods, as they are not available in Egypt. Use of the machine is, of course, free of charge.

The heart of the ship is the sun deck, which features the lounge and restaurant areas. In addition to the multimedia area (TV/DVD), the lounge also includes a bar and a small library. Meals are served in the restaurant area or in the outdoor dining area on the sun deck, where there is also an additional bar. It goes without saying that drinks, snacks, and fresh fruit are available between meals. Good food and diving also call for relaxation. You’ll find this either in one of the numerous, cozy beanbag chairs, on sun loungers, or in the chill-out lounge. In this regard, the “Spirit” sets a new standard for dive safari ships in the Red Sea.

Sun Deck:
3 sun decks offering both sunny and shaded areas

Diving:
On the dive deck, underwater photographers will find an air shower, freshwater rinse basins, and a large camera table for equipment maintenance. In the adjacent salon, there’s a dedicated area for photographers to charge, tinker with, and assemble their gear, as well as to store their cameras safely and conveniently during crossings. The two Zodiacs, each accommodating eight divers, are intended for dive sites that aren’t directly accessible. In terms of diving safety, the “Spirit” is equipped with the “ENOS” system. Trimix, dual tanks, etc., are available upon advance reservation for an additional fee.

Please note: Night dives, as well as swimming and snorkeling, are prohibited in the marine parks!

The maximum diving depth prescribed by Egyptian law and CDWS regulations is 30 meters. Under certain conditions, however, extensions to 40 meters are permitted. This requires a deep dive certification.

Accepted forms of payment on board:
EUR and U.S. dollars. Credit card payments are not accepted.

For group bookings of nine paying guests, the tenth person travels free of charge but must pay the incidental fees.
