Sea Serpent Grand

The following services are included in the tour price per person:

• Accommodation in a half-standard double cabin on the lower deck with shower and toilet
  • for 7 nights with full board on board or
  • for 6 nights on the boat and 1 night in a 4* hotel (depending on the boat’s schedule; not guaranteed!)
• Meals (full board), coffee, water, tea, and soft drinks
  • Full board begins on the day of arrival with dinner and ends on the day of departure with breakfast
• Check-in on the day of arrival at 5:00 p.m.
• Check-out on the day of departure at 10:00 a.m. (cabin), 12:00 p.m. (boat)
• Diving: up to four dives per day, two dives on the last day, weights, guide
• Transfer from the airport to the ship and back to the airport
• Wi-Fi (subject to internet coverage)
• Additional services package for all tours
  • (includes Meet & Assist at the airport / assistance with lost luggage / diving permit / local fees / reef taxes / port fees / fuel surcharges)
• Free Nitrox
  • If the nitrox system is unavailable for technical reasons, there is no entitlement to a refund
• ENOS included
  • If the ENOS system is unavailable for technical reasons, there is no entitlement to a refund

The following services per person are not included in the tour price:

• Cabin surcharge
  • for suites on the main deck and upper deck: 300 EUR per suite
  • Upper deck cabin with twin beds or a double bed: 75 EUR per person
  • Double-bed cabin on the lower deck: 150 EUR per cabin
• Visa: 35 EUR
  • (If the Egyptian government increases visa fees, the visa fee will be adjusted)
• Effective January 1, 2027, a government fee of 100 EUR applies to all tours, payable at the time of booking
• 15-liter tanks must be pre-ordered; there is a 45 EUR surcharge
• Rental equipment
• Bottled alcohol, soda, and tonic
• Tips for the crew and guides (100 EUR per guest is recommended—divided into 75 EUR for the crew and 25 EUR for the dive guides)
• Flight
• Visa and MasterCard are accepted on board (the boat owner charges a 2% surcharge for these)

Cabins:

The lower deck of the Sea Serpent Grand features six twin-bed cabins and two cabins with a double bed. There is one suite each on the main and upper decks. The upper deck also features four cabins that can be booked with either two beds or a double bed. All cabins feature many of the amenities you would expect when traveling on a first-class dive vessel: music, a refrigerator, and a private bathroom are standard in all cabins. The spacious bathrooms are equipped with massage showers.

Dining:

You can look forward to a colorful mix of European and Egyptian cuisine—freshly prepared and cooked with love. There’s fresh, local seafood, daily baked treats from our onboard pastry shop, and many other specialties that will leave you wanting more. Whether you’re vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or have specific allergies—just let us know. We’ll make sure everything is just right for you. A Nespresso machine is available for cozy coffee breaks. Feel free to bring your favorite capsules and enjoy your coffee in a relaxed atmosphere on deck

Salon:

The incredibly spacious salon on the main deck of the M/Y Grand Sea Serpent is equipped with the latest entertainment technology.

Diving:

The safari boat’s massive dive deck can comfortably accommodate up to 24 divers with their own equipment. In addition to a Nitrox membrane system, the M/Y Grand Sea Serpent is also equipped with a helium-oxygen mixing station and a Haskel pump. This certainly makes it a good choice for technical divers who use either an open-circuit or closed-circuit system (CCR). 200-bar oxygen fills, as well as trimix, helium, and nitrox mixtures, are available upon request.

All participants should bring a copy of their passport, as well as a valid dive certification and logbook, to the boat check-in

The first night of the safari tour is spent on the boat in the harbor. The last night of the safari tour is spent on the boat in the harbor or in a 4-star hotel, if the boat’s schedule requires it.

In the event of further price increases by the Egyptian government (fuel, diving permits, or visas), we reserve the right to adjust fees and surcharges.

For group bookings of nine paying guests, the tenth person travels free of charge but is responsible for incidental expenses.
