The Thais introduce their guests to a diverse and at times seemingly contradictory culture. On the one hand, they love karaoke and cockfighting, and their bustling cities are filled with garish colors from all kinds of advertisements. On the other hand, yoga, meditation, and spas have a very long tradition, and massage parlors can be found everywhere in Thailand. And no matter where you go, you’ll always encounter friendly people who place great value on happiness, good nutrition, and a strong sense of physical well-being.

So, in my opinion, Thailand offers a wonderful mix of interesting dive sites, excellent food, and breathtaking flora and fauna above the water. For me, Thailand is the perfect place to unwind and relax both body and soul. Relaxing yet exciting dives during the day, followed by a green Thai curry in the evening…
